The causes of oil rig accidents or those in the oil field are many. Tragically, employees suffer personal injuries and sometimes death as a result of negligence. Injuries from falls and collapsed rigs and defective products, include, but are not limited to, traumatic brain injuries and amputation or disfiguration of limbs and other body parts.

Not providing correct and working fire equipment
Not properly citing violation
Improper job training
