Electrocution

A vast ray of injuries may occur as a result of electrocution. Every day hard-working construction workers, electricians, and power line workers may find themselves at risk in their day-to-day duties at work. Electrocution may cause injuries such as, but not limited to, burns, disfiguration, nervous system damage, and abnormal contractions of the heart. Failure to provide a safe work environment can afford the employee who was injured the right to sue their employer. This includes contract employees who may be on a job site temporarily. OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) requires employers to provide all employers with adequate and timely training, along with all proper protective equipment. Having basic safety precautions such as lighting, equipment, and enclosures will make work environments safer for all employees.
